Matthew Nardo

FIELD DIRECTOR/SAFETY & RISK COORDINATOR

Matthew served in the United States Army Special Forces (5th SFG) (Green Beret) as an 18E & 18F. As an OIF veteran, he earned his Masters in Criminal Justice from Boston University and found another passion in working with hard to reach adolescents and expedition work. Continuing his commitment to help others, Matthew has taken that passion and helped create Panurgic programming for teens, families and most importantly, veterans.

Some of Matthew’s military education and training includes: Special Forces Qualification course; Special Forces Communication Sergeant’s course; Special Forces INTEL Sergeant’s course; Gryphon Group; Blackbird Combat Surveillance course; ASO; Mid South Combat Shooting School; SERE Level C course; TCCC; EMR; Mountain Warfare School; FEEMA Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment course; National Tactical Officers Firearms Instructors course; A.L.I.C.E Active Shooter Response Instructor course; Modern Standard Arabic.

When not at work, Matthew loves road racing motorcycles, fishing, shooting and spending time outdoors with family, friends and his dog Max.
